Rajasthan is famous for its unique cuisines all over the world. Rajasthani food is primarily vegetarian and one can get a fabulous variety of mouthwatering dishes. The spice content is little high in cuisines here, but the food is absolutely scrumptious. Rajasthani food is cooked in pure ghee and is famous for its mouth - watering aroma.

The food and cooking style in Rajasthan is based on the dry climatic conditions of this desert land. Due to the scarcity of water and fresh green veggies in the Thar desert, people here mostly use organic food grown in the desert vegetation. People here use milk, butter milk & butter in larger quantities to minimize the amount of water while cooking food. 

In Rajasthani dishes dried lentils and beans obtained from native place are mostly used. We provide our visitors the organic food like ker, sangaria with good nutritional value. These organic food require minimum use of water and could also be stored for longer period of time without the need of re-heating. We have our own fields to grow these organic food and we also procure it from the forest here. You will found these Rajasthani dishes so delicious that you will just love eating.
